Stanbrooke offers two collections of homes. The Memories Collection and Autograph Series. Our Memories Collection represents value-oriented homes filled with character and distinction, while our Autograph Series offers exceptional designs and affordable luxury.

We design and build homes to fit your unique lifestyle and specific location. We believe our value and quality are unsurpassed in the local market. Ask a home consultant for more details.

While the base price of our homes does not include the site preparation costs for your home, we will be happy to include these on a turnkey basis for your project.

Our homes are custom built on your lot by skilled carpenters.   We don't cut corners and your home is not transported to your site in panels or modules.  Lumber is cut on site one piece at a time to make sure it is built well!

All our homes include the following:

• Site Feasibility Assessment

• Permit Submittal Service

• Engineered House Plans for your site

• Turnkey 24” foundation – no hidden charges

• Design Consultant Meetings to finalize design elements

• Fiber Cement (Hardi-plank or equivalent) Siding on all four sides

• Stylish Exterior Designs with roof pitches of 6/12 or higher, Fascia boards,
   enclosed front porch soffits, and basic window wraps in front

• Gas or propane fireplace (except Canterbury, Brunswick & Belvedere #1)

• 30-year Architectural Composition Roof with Ridge Venting

• Fiberglass shower and tub fixtures with “tile look”
